About The Position
Hood Packaging Corporation is seeking an Inline Crew Helper/Shafter for our Monticello, AR plant. This position plays a crucial role in our packaging operations, where the primary focus is on maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. As an Inline Crew Helper, you will work closely with other associates to foster a collaborative team environment. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the quality and quantity of production, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and adhering to all safety protocols. You will also be responsible for operating machinery, including setting up and monitoring the tail printer, and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal print quality. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in line with our ISO work instructions and Lean manufacturing principles. In addition to your operational duties, you will be expected to complete production reporting accurately and assist in training new crew members.
