About The Position
As a Leasing Manager you will oversee the entire leasing function and daily leasing operations for the community. You will directly supervise, train and motivate the leasing consultants and help facilitate the successful development of the leasing office; assist the Community Manager in the selection process for all new leasing team members. You will be responsible for collaborating with the property team to ensure the successful marketing leasing, and financial operation of the community. Additionally, you will assist the on-site team in marketing all units, determining leasing problems, offering solutions to vacancies and re-marketing the property to current residents; generating new business contacts, marketing ideas, and competitive shops to increase occupancy. You will participate in all leasing functions for the community, including touring prospective residents, qualifying prospects and preparing lease paperwork, reviewing and approving all lease files, lease renewals, and other leasing and marketing duties as needed to ensure the community meets and maintains leasing and occupancy goals.
