Work with the individuals we serve and staff to observe, identify, analyze, and document a range of behavior challenges. Conduct functional behavioral assessments. Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans. Create individualized treatment plans to help each individual we serve improve. Use training and creativity to explore ways to handle challenging problems for our individuals in home settings, workplaces, and the community. Train team members to reinforce implementation of behavioral plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to behavioral or ABA.
  • Completed at least 1,000 hours of supervised clinical experience or equivalent coursework.
  • Experience related to ASD diagnostics, developmental and behavioral treatment strategies, and mental health.
  • BCABA Certification or actively working toward it with documented fieldwork supervision.
  • Minimum one year experience working with special populations, including crisis prevention and staff training.
  • Valid driver’s license, current registration, and insurance.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Compassionate and reliable attitude with a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of behavior principles, program development, and monitoring techniques.
  • Strong customer service orientation and patience.
  • Collaborative and creative approach to employee training.
