About the position
The position involves working within the technology support team at FIS, focusing on the implementation, maintenance, and support of application software. The role requires collaboration with customers, business analysts, and team members to ensure that technical solutions align with business requirements, delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Involve in Production Support and handle inquiries and resolve issues.
- Assist in daily coordination of various assigned projects.
- Handle Environmental Impact Analysis, Install Plans, and Operational Readiness procedures.
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years' experience in Azure with Terraform.
- Senior level experience with container-based platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift (EKS preferred).
- Experience with monitoring best practices and tooling such as ELK, Splunk, Grafana, Graphite, InfluxDB, Prometheus, Datadog, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, etc.
- Programming or scripting experience with Bash, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience using Cloud services such as Amazon Web Service (AWS).
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of FIS' products and services.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios.
