We are looking for an IT Cloud Engineer to architect, implement, maintain, manage, troubleshoot, and optimize functional and secure networks. The position will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, securing, and optimizing all cloud-based data for both corporate users and our Franchise operations within the continental U.S. The IT Cloud Engineer will also work closely with the IT Security team members to provide subject matter expertise. The IT Cloud Engineer will also be responsible for monitoring cloud network performance and generating reports on a regular basis to identify trends in areas of performance improvement. This position will work collaboratively with business and IT functional teams, Franchisees, and external service providers to coordinate, communicate, and perform the tasks necessary to ensure secure and reliable network services are available to support business activities.
