Requirements

BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
US Citizenship required for federal program work.
5+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports in an enterprise environment.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), and data visualization best practices.
Experience in applying data science methods to derive actionable insights.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for conveying complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Familiarity with Azure cloud services, data integration, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions.
Connect and integrate data from Azure Data Lake, Storage, and SQL Databases.
Apply data science techniques, including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning, to extract insights from structured and unstructured data.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Document technical processes, methodologies, and data sources for knowledge sharing and compliance.
Stay current on Power BI features, best practices, and data science advancements to continuously improve analytics capabilities.

Salary range: $117,000 - $130,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications).
