The Technical Support role focuses on providing administration support for SQL databases and Azure Cloud-based solutions.   • Provide administration support for SQL databases and Azure Cloud-based solutions.
  • Participate in case triage meetings to share knowledge and develop efficient customer solutions.
  • Manage customer communication with professionalism and timeliness while achieving KPI targets.
  • Work independently and adapt to changing workloads and varied working hours.
  • Make quick decisions regarding ticket escalation and resolution.
  • Utilize data collection tools to analyze problems and determine root causes.
  • Create knowledge base articles to document solutions and best practices.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Technical Support roles with SQL databases or Open-Source databases.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience with Azure Fundamentals and Azure PAAS (desirable).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience supporting Azure or other cloud-based solutions.
  • Microsoft certifications in data platform or Azure technologies.
  • Experience troubleshooting Open-Source Databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
  • Basic networking, storage, and platform troubleshooting skills.
