About The Position

Azure Engineer, Senior The Opportunity: Doing DevSecOps well means development and automation. Making tasks repeatable and efficient across multiple environments requires Infrastructure-as-Code, scripting, and sometimes writing applications. Our cloud service broker team is looking for a developer with a good understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, containerization, and networking to make new cloud capabilities available in secure environments. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building software solutions using Azure in a secure environment
• 3+ years of experience implementing Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform
• Experience designing and automating the provisioning of cloud resources and Infrastructure-as-Code tools
• Experience with Platform as a Service technologies
• Experience deploying and working with Azure Landing Zones
• Experience assisting with implementing and developing Azure policies
• Knowledge of network technologies, including DNS, load balancing, and TLS
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED with 8+ years of experience with software engineering, or Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience with software engineering
• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of hire date

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with Azure Sentinel, Microsoft security and Azure services, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and cloud networking
• Experience with containerization, including Kubernetes
• Experience deploying and managing Azure Virtual Desktop using Infrastructure-as-Code
• Experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux and command-line interfaces, including Bash
• Experience configuring Windows client and servers, including Active Directory or Group Policies
• Experience with Git and GitLab
• Top Secret clearance
• Master’s degree
• Azure Architect Expert Certification
