Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience in Azure DevOps and Linux.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps Pipeline.
• Experience in R&D Preclinical & Clinical and Bioinformatics is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence).
• Knowledge of Tricentis testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage ADO Operations which includes onboarding of users, providing access to security groups, and managing pipelines.
• Maintain and manage the Linux-based Atlassian products like Confluence, Jira & Sonarqube.
• Collaborate with the development and support teams to troubleshoot deployment-related issues.
• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Linux-based systems.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software.
• Ensure the seamless integration of new software versions/releases using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Maintain documentation for operational procedures, system configurations, and best practices using Confluence.
• Manage installs, upgrades, patches, availability, and performance of Jira, along with installed Atlassian marketplace add-ons.
• Administer a complex Atlassian Tool Suite including Jira, Confluence, and Sonarqube.
• Manage Jira user permissions, screen schemes, notification schemes, custom fields, field configurations, workflows, and workflow functions.
• Document standard operating procedures and analyze and resolve technical problems using analytical problem-solving methods/techniques.
