About The Position

As a cloud computing application architect, you know how to create a cloud-based technical architecture that meets client needs and takes advantage of cloud capabilities. You’ll closely collaborate with fellow cloud architects and engineers specializing in AWS to design, develop, test, and deploy cloud solution components. You’ll have the chance to work within a DevOps framework to create and manage container apps and use products like Kubernetes to further the mission. With access to our internal AWS Labs, you’ll have the space and time to explore different ways of solving our client’s problems and partner with stakeholders and your team to deliver the right technical solutions. Whether modernizing legacy computing platforms and applications or creating new ones from scratch, you’ll have the latest tech and brightest teammates at your fingertips.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with Cloud Architecture.
• 3+ years of experience in the implementation of cloud technologies, including Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Terraform.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Azure Solutions Architect Certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing and optimizing databases on AWS, including RDS and DynamoDB.
• Experience programming in Python for automation and scripting tasks.
• Experience with DevOps practices and methodologies.
• Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and work with third-party APIs.
