About The Position

As a cloud computing infrastructure architect, you will use cutting-edge enterprise cloud platforms to support clients in modernizing their IT infrastructure and meeting challenging missions, specifically supporting national security. This role involves close collaboration with fellow cloud architects and engineers specializing in cloud IT to define and develop cloud solution components. You will have access to an Azure environment to explore solutions for client problems, working with your team and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions. This includes modernizing legacy computing platforms and applications or creating new ones from scratch, leveraging the latest technology and a team of experts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience architecting or developing cloud-native applications within an Azure environment
  • 2+ years of experience with networking for hybrid cloud environments within classified environments
  • Experience working with DoD STIGs or CIS Benchmarks such as hardening virtual servers and adhering to security controls
  • Experience troubleshooting networking issues within AWS cloud
  • Top Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Experience promoting solutions into higher classification environments such as STIGs, container patching, or similar
  • Experience with the DoW, including within cloud architecture or management, security, or networking
  • Experience working with or developing Special Access Programs (SAP) mission workloads
  • Experience in container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or other K8S distros
  • Experience with cloud-native account management services
  • Experience managing and configuring Ubuntu, RHEL, and Windows Server operating systems
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Azure Administrator Associate Certification
  • Azure Security Engineer Associate Certification
