About The Position

This role is a highly skilled Azure Integration Engineer who will design, develop, and manage integration solutions that connect systems, applications, and data across our enterprise landscape using Microsoft Azure as a middleware platform. This role is critical in enabling seamless communication between cloud-based and on-premises systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting business processes through scalable and reliable integrations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in integration engineering, middleware development, or enterprise application integration.
Strong expertise in Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, APIM, Service Bus, Functions).
Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and related integration standards.
Solid understanding of message-based architectures, event-driven design, and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience integrating with systems such as JDE, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot or custom ERP/CRM platforms.
Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices in cloud integration.

Nice To Haves

Microsoft Azure certifications such as Azure Developer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect, or Azure Integration Services Specialization.
Experience with hybrid integration scenarios, including on-prem to cloud connectivity using tools like Azure Data Gateway.
Familiarity with other iPaaS platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica) is a plus.
Experience with Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform for infrastructure-as-code deployments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy, and manage integration solutions using Azure Integration Services, including: Azure Logic Apps Azure API Management (APIM) Azure Functions Azure Service Bus Event Grid / Event Hub
Act as a key contributor in the architecture and implementation of middleware strategies to support enterprise applications and services.
Collaborate with ERP & CRM teams, data engineers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to define and deliver integration solutions that meet business requirements.
Develop reusable APIs and integration patterns to promote standardization and efficiency across projects.
Ensure proper authentication, authorization, and data security practices are implemented using Azure Active Directory, OAuth2, and Managed Identities.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integration flows to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
Maintain and enhance integration documentation, including architecture diagrams, interface specifications, and data mappings.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and regular standups.
Stay current with new Azure features and integration patterns to continuously improve the integration strategy.
