About The Position

This role is a highly skilled Azure Integration Engineer who will design, develop, and manage integration solutions that connect systems, applications, and data across our enterprise landscape using Microsoft Azure as a middleware platform. This role is critical in enabling seamless communication between cloud-based and on-premises systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting business processes through scalable and reliable integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in integration engineering, middleware development, or enterprise application integration.
• Strong expertise in Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, APIM, Service Bus, Functions).
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and related integration standards.
• Solid understanding of message-based architectures, event-driven design, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience integrating with systems such as JDE, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot or custom ERP/CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices in cloud integration.

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft Azure certifications such as Azure Developer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect, or Azure Integration Services Specialization.
• Experience with hybrid integration scenarios, including on-prem to cloud connectivity using tools like Azure Data Gateway.
• Familiarity with other iPaaS platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica) is a plus.
• Experience with Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform for infrastructure-as-code deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and manage integration solutions using Azure Integration Services, including: Azure Logic Apps Azure API Management (APIM) Azure Functions Azure Service Bus Event Grid / Event Hub
• Act as a key contributor in the architecture and implementation of middleware strategies to support enterprise applications and services.
• Collaborate with ERP & CRM teams, data engineers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to define and deliver integration solutions that meet business requirements.
• Develop reusable APIs and integration patterns to promote standardization and efficiency across projects.
• Ensure proper authentication, authorization, and data security practices are implemented using Azure Active Directory, OAuth2, and Managed Identities.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integration flows to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Maintain and enhance integration documentation, including architecture diagrams, interface specifications, and data mappings.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and regular standups.
• Stay current with new Azure features and integration patterns to continuously improve the integration strategy.
