The Azure AVD and O365 Engineer is responsible for the configuration, management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for critical business services across the globe. This role involves working with various services including SSO, SharePoint, File Sharing, Communication and Collaboration Azure Computer Services, and support for Email and Active Directory. The engineer will collaborate with Helpdesk, Application, and ECS teams to provide end-to-end support for platform, image, applications, and end users via a ticketing system.
