  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with production support including monitoring and ticket handling process.

Responsibilities

  • End to End Management of IAAS, PAAS and SAAS Services in AZURE.
  • Provisioning or Deprovisioning through infrastructure as code.
  • Configuration management using CICD tools like Gitlab or Azure Devops.
  • Review and fix security and governance violations reported on azure platform.
  • Monitor system health through periodic manual checks and ensure system availability.
  • Windows & Linux Security and periodic monthly patching activities.
  • Configure monitoring and alerting tools.
  • Participate and provide evidence for SOX Audit and ensure Security compliant.
  • Ensure proper tagging of resources for accurate chargeback for Cloud spend across teams.
  • Network configuration, including TCP/IP, Domain Name System (DNS), virtual private networks (VPNs), firewalls, and encryption technologies.
  • Active Directory concepts, including domains, forests, domain controllers, replication, Kerberos protocol, and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP).
  • Resilience and disaster recovery, including backup and restore operations.
  • Automation of repeated operations in scripting languages like python or powershell.
  • Review and perform Performance & cost optimization activities.
  • Kubernetes/Databricks cluster management activities.
  • Record SOP document for repeated/known issues.
