Axon Aid is the social responsibility arm of our business ( axon.com/aid ). Our team oversees strategic corporate philanthropic initiatives, employee engagement, and local giving. We focus on supporting public safety through a number of programs including emergency response, mental health and resilience, and volunteerism across the broader Axon team. You will have the opportunity to help people in meaningful ways and tackle new challenges as they arise — for example, this team led Axon’s multi-million-dollar COVID-19 response, shipping PPE to public safety agencies in over six countries at the start of the pandemic. In this role, you’ll guide the next chapter of Axon Aid by piloting a 2026 flagship initiative that brings regional events to life for our customers and their families, while also leading core Axon Aid programs. You’ll manage philanthropic initiatives, external partnerships, and community engagement efforts, and you’ll serve as a flexible partner within the Employee Experience team by supporting culture activations, events, and special projects that strengthen the employee experience. This role requires both strategic and operational skill — someone who can manage programs independently, build strong relationships, and adapt quickly to deliver meaningful impact for Axon employees and the communities we serve. What You’ll Do Work Location: This role is based out of our Scottsdale HQ and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
