About the position

As an Axiom Developer at Synechron, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and coding to deliver functionality based on technical specifications. This role involves developing quality Axiom code, supporting data sourcing into Axiom, and ensuring compliance with company standards. You will also coordinate with business counterparts for requirement gathering and provide post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

  • Development of quality AXIOM Code based on technical specifications.
  • Development and review of PL/SQL code to support data sourcing into Axiom.
  • Ensuring code/configuration meets predefined company and department standards.
  • Review requirements documents to ensure functional requirements are well understood.
  • Review PL/SQL codes for performance tuning exercises.
  • Preparation and execution of detailed unit test cases for Axiom code in Controller View.
  • Coordinate implementation including packaging of code and obtaining required approvals.
  • Coordinate and communicate with business counterparts for requirement gathering and UAT testing.
  • Provide BAU and post-implementation support.

Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years of experience as an Axiom developer.
  • Proficient in Database, SQL Data structure and algorithm design.
  • Experience with Axiom, Oracle PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and Tableau.

Nice-to-haves

  • Tableau experience or working experience with any BI tool is a plus.
  • Experience in developing apps for Banking, Financial and FinTech in an enterprise environment.
