Your Impact: You will function as part of a world class cloud security team working directly with clients across North America. This is a hands-on role, and it will focus on network security, cloud security and best practices around data protection, encryption, and secure application development practices. As a Network Security Engineer, you will be a part of a cross-functional team delivering digital business transformation solutions to our clients. You'll have the unique opportunity to increase engineering team productivity by reviewing, developing, and implementing resilient, secure cloud architectures, solutions, and products within some of the world's largest brands.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscape, risk management and compliance requirements (such as GDPR, HIPPA, PCI DSS)
• Proficiency in designing secure cloud architectures, including network security, identity and access management (IAM), data protection, encryption, and secure application development practices.
• Expertise in designing secure cloud network architectures including VPCs, virtual network segmentation, network security groups (NSGs), Cloud Firewalls, VPN gateways, IDS/IPS, and DDoS protection.
• Knowledge of data protection techniques such as encryption, data masking, tokenization, and data loss prevention (DLP)
• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and best practices for ensuring Cloud environments meet industry standards and regulatory mandates.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related course of study required or equivalent work experience.
• Deep knowledge of AWS Cloud services with specific depth in networking
• Strong knowledge in AWS DNS Services
• Experience with multi cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• The ability to create, review and update network designs in AWS
• Experience with shared VPC's, Transit Gateway, Firewalls, private service access
• Experience with interconnects and HA-VPN
• Experience in working in a highly regulated environment such as banking, financial services or government
• Hands-on experience in Terraform and CI/CD processes
• Security certifications in (CISSP, GIAC, Security+)
