About The Position

Are you an AWS Marketplace SME and solution and product builder that has a passion to help Public Sector customers rapidly innovate and leverage cloud based marketplace solutions? Do you have a track record for using technology for helping customers and partners solve the most complex government mission, defense, and intelligence problems? As a GDIT AWS Marketplace Developer Sr. Principal, you will support the technical development of GDIT AWS Marketplace products and solutions, jointly working on new offerings, strategic accounts, and customer innovation initiatives. You will own a GDIT based AWS Marketplace portfolio of high-visibility solutions built on and with partners - based in the most sought-after areas of Data Modernization, Generative AI code development, Cloud Management, DevSecOps, and Cyber Security. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a savvy developer who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with high visibility, ownership, and impact. You must have demonstrated experience with AWS Marketplace frontend and backend product solution builds, as well as other leading partner listing solutions on AWS Marketplace.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• Experience: 10+ years of related experience
• Experience developing AWS Marketplace Product Listings using AI Code Development, IaC, CI/CD Pipelines, AWS SecOps, API Integrations, and other AWS cloud native services.
• AWS or Google Associate level Certification (e.g. AWS Developer/Solutions Architect) suggested
• Demonstrated track record building and deploying solution for US Public Sector or Enterprise customers
• Demonstrated ability to effectively engage current and prospective customers (CIOs, CTOs, Program executives, etc.) to build trust and relationships, clearly communicate solutions and concepts, and influence action.

Responsibilities

• Generate, pursue, and scope AWS Marketplace Product Listing leads in collaboration with Division Growth leadership
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team to build and deliver new joint partner offerings that accelerate customers adoption and mission outcomes.
• Contribute to AWS Marketplace Product Listings that include co-selling, co-marketing, and co-solutioning.
• Engage with prospective and current customers internal and external around GDIT/Solution Partner opportunities, including developed partner solutions & related Digital Accelerators
• Support enterprise captures and proposal content where strategic partner relationship is a critical element of win strategy.
• Lead development and execution of consultative selling collateral and offerings for GDIT AWS Marketplace Listings.
• Architect, design, and build leading solutions including develop with AI coding assistance and IaC.
• Implement secure and scalable infrastructure on AWS Cloud Native Services.
• Collaborate across development, operations, security, and program teams to deliver secure, compliant, and efficient solutions in support of cloud SSPs.
• Implement Cloud best practices, including strict configuration management and configuration-as-code, and ensure adherence to federal frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, 800-171, CMMC, FISMA, and DoD IL4–IL7.
