We are seeking an experienced Lead with 18 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS IoT Full Stack and DevOps and will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex projects. This role requires a hybrid work model and operates during the day shift. No travel is required.

Lead the delivery of complex projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Oversee the implementation of AWS IoT Full Stack solutions ensuring they meet client requirements.
Provide technical guidance and support to the project team ensuring best practices are followed.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
Manage project risks and issues ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.

Ensure the quality of deliverables meets the highest standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project team.

Must have extensive experience with AWS IoT Full Stack and DevOps.
