AFS is seeking an AWS Connect Developer to join a collaborative team supporting the NextGen Digital and Customer Care modernization of a legacy enterprise system for a high-profile federal client. This Developer will be responsible for developing and testing IVR contact flows alongside a lead developer. The role requires experience in developing integrations with 3rd party systems, as well as development experience with Python, Java, and GitLab, which will be integrated within Amazon Connect Call Flow Development, and Lex implementations. You will use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
