About The Position

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training. Responsible for supporting the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) activities of multiple software teams who design, develop, and deploy web technologies. Responsible for the customers AWS GovCloud operating environment. Work within an environment of rapid growth and must anticipate and respond effectively to mission needs as they emerge. The position duties include designing, developing, enhancing and monitoring the DevSecOps pipeline (i.e. GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory, SonarQube, K8, Xray). Work with development and customer support teams, providing technical and operational support.

Requirements

1+ Years experience as a DevSecOps Systems Administrator
Knowledge/experience with platforms such as GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory, SonarQube, K8, Xray, etc.
Ability to obtain a DoD Secret (SSBI) or Top Secret Clearance
DoD 8570 IAT II Certified (Security + or equivalent)
Highly proficient oral and written communication with Technical and Management staff required
