For more details please visit www.xebia.com Overview The Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of high-value projects, ensuring that client expectations are met. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle—from pre-project planning, through execution, to post-project support—while maintaining strong relationships with clients and delivering continuous excellence. The manager will oversee the execution of complex projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation, financial oversight, and operational improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally in a global product/service delivery or consulting environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Familiarity with financial oversight, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to define project scope, goals, and requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate client needs into actionable plans.
  • Develop detailed project timelines and budgets.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and ensure clarity on deliverables.
  • Based on the agreed scope and budget, resource the project: help build the JDs, kick off the recruitment process if needed.
  • Lead the project kickoff, ensuring alignment between all stakeholders.
  • Oversee daily project activities and ensure that the team adheres to timelines.
  • Manage resources effectively to ensure the right mix of skills for the project.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure their needs are addressed.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are completed and meet quality standards.
  • Oversee the formal project handover and transition.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Manage project closeout activities, including final financial reconciliations.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and expanding project scope.
  • Work with the sales and engineering teams to explore new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed about client business changes and adjust project strategies accordingly.
  • Track and report weekly on key project metrics such as revenue and profitability.
  • Regularly update senior management on project progress and financials.
  • Analyze outcomes and performance to implement process improvements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
