Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in AWS
- A minimum of 4 years in IT Infrastructure Operations.
- High School Diploma/GED in relevant field of studies.

Responsibilities
- Drive incident and outage management, investigation, and restoration to ensure smooth operations.

- Track and facilitate acceptance of changes to production environments with precision.
- Operate information technology production services in alignment with management protocols and service level agreements.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to maintain and improve operational excellence.
