Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in AWS
  • A minimum of 4 years in IT Infrastructure Operations.
  • High School Diploma/GED in relevant field of studies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive incident and outage management, investigation, and restoration to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor systems and trends to enhance performance and proactively prevent incidents.
  • Track and facilitate acceptance of changes to production environments with precision.
  • Operate information technology production services in alignment with management protocols and service level agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams to maintain and improve operational excellence.
