About The Position

Wood is currently recruiting for an Advanced Work Package Manager. The Advanced Work Package (AWP) Manager leads the development, governance, and execution of the AWP methodology across projects, serving as the single point of accountability for AWP processes and AWP software platforms to drive predictable, safe, and efficient construction execution. The AWP Manager is responsible for implementing and sustaining the Advanced Work Packaging methodology from engineering through construction and turnover. This role ensures that work is planned, sequenced, and executed using standardized AWP principles, with a strong focus on digital enablement through AWP software platforms. Acting as both a process leader and system owner, the AWP Manager partners with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning, and Project Controls to ensure work packages are fully constraint‑free, data‑driven, and aligned with the project execution plan. The position requires deep knowledge of AWP best practices, construction workflows, and digital tools, as well as the leadership skills to drive adoption, consistency, and continuous improvement across projects and regions.
