SugarHouse Industries in Midvale, UT is looking to hire a full-time Awning Installer - Construction to provide great customer service while installing custom-made products at the homes and businesses of our clients. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AWNING INSTALLER - CONSTRUCTION In this installation technician position, you play an important role in providing our clients with a high-quality experience. At the beginning of your day, you review orders, participate in morning production meetings, and collaborate with your install team. This helps to set you and your fellow coworkers up for success. After you have a thorough knowledge of the daily agenda, you load the proper tools, equipment, and products into a company truck and head to scheduled appointments for the day. Typically working in a team of about 2-4 installers, you always communicate with respect and courtesy. You utilize ladders, hand tools, and power tools to install products in a safe and efficient manner. In addition, you often have opportunities to practice exceptional customer service when you come into contact with clients. You enjoy serving others, working with your hands, and contributing to the company in a big way!

Requirements

Efficiency with power and hand tools
Physical ability to perform the necessary functions of the job, including working from heights and lifting 50+ lbs.
