The National Collegiate Honors Council (NCHC) seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Awards Coordinator to manage the administration of NCHC’s annual awards and recognition programs. This part-time position supports the full awards lifecycle—from application intake to committee support, communication with nominees and recipients, and coordination of awards presentation materials. Workload varies throughout the year and increases during peak award cycles. The Part-Time Awards Coordinator reports directly to the Executive Director (ED) and works collaboratively with the Awards & Grants Committee. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and experience in honors education, and or association experience, along with a demonstrable commitment to the mission of the National Collegiate Honors Council. It serves as a professional association for honors programs and colleges and students, providing resources, support, and networking opportunities for educators involved in honors education.
