The Awards Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our awards set up, including displaying awards on the awards table according to brand standards in order to prepare for our On Stage Awards Ceremony. Awards Ceremonies are high energy and fast moving and require the Awards Coordinator to present awards to the dancers with the help of the Backstage Team. The Awards Coordinator works closely with the Backstage Team and steps in for them as needed throughout the weekend. This requires the Awards Coordinator to interact with dancers and studio directors as well as the Audio Operator in order to keep the show running smoothly. Awards Coordinators are responsible for maintaining and reporting inventory of awards at every event. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on your feet at a fast pace are necessary in this role.
