NFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Awake Overnight Youth Counselors to join our team across multiple residential youth programs located in Wilmington, Beverly, Peabody and Amesbury, MA. Our residential programs support youth who are in need of temporary out-of-home placement and serve a range of populations including adolescents and transitional age youth (ages 12–22) with emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges, often with histories of complex trauma. Youth are referred through the Department of Children and Families (DCF). About the Role: Awake Overnight Youth Counselors play a vital role in supporting youth development by creating a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. Staff mentor and guide youth in developing life skills, building social and interpersonal competencies, and engaging in their communities. The ultimate goal is to prepare youth for successful transitions back into the community and towards greater independence.
