About The Position
The Tech and Ops Finance team acts as trusted partners to Technology leadership and key business stakeholders by delivering proactive data-driven insights and analytics that influence strategic decision making, accelerate business outcomes, and optimize organization effectiveness and efficiency. As AVP, Financial Planning & Analysis for the Technology & Operations Finance – Business Lines area, you will lead a team of talented finance professionals focused on all aspects of Financial Planning & Analysis with a particular focus on partnering with senior technology leaders to inform their strategy and drive operational optimization. Leveraging your relationship building skills and executive presence, you will build strong internal and external networks. You are expected to be an influential leader that can articulate how your team's financial content should influence business strategy. Travelers' Financial Planning & Analysis team translates raw numbers into actionable insights to tell the story of past financial results and forecast possibilities into the future.
