Position Summary: Lead and develop the Technical Success team, fostering a high‑performance, collaborative culture and ensuring compliant, effective deployments across practices. Develop and execute strategies that drive MosaicOS™ adoption, workflow optimization, and measurable improvements in clinical efficiency and user satisfaction. Build strong relationships with practice leaders and radiologists, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point while championing end‑user needs. Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to support road‑mapping, deployment readiness, and continuous platform improvement. Analyze usage data, adoption trends, and workflow metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and optimization strategies; present insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years in medical imaging workflow leadership and 5+ years in radiology environments.
  • Deep expertise in radiology infrastructure, PACS/RIS, AI‑assisted tools, and clinical workflow technologies.
  • Proven success leading technical teams, managing complex deployments, and driving end‑user adoption in healthcare settings.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and executive‑level influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities with a track record of improving operational efficiency
