Summary: In this role, you will support Vizient’s National Centers by identifying trends and using data-driven insights to explore hypotheses and make recommendations on complex business challenges across a member’s system of care. You will lead comprehensive assessment efforts, guide teams through qualitative and quantitative analyses, and leverage deep client and industry expertise to drive actionable insights that support opportunities for clients across all Vizient business units. This position is based in Irving, TX and is not remote.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree preferred; advanced degree desired.
  • 10 or more years of relevant professional experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet client needs and timelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare supply chain experience strongly preferred.
  • Supply Chain management and value analysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the team leader for Comprehensive Assessment teams, providing direction, oversight, and quality assurance across engagements.
  • Manage project scope and financial performance; oversee an annual portfolio of client engagements.
  • Lead and guide teams on all aspects of qualitative and quantitative analysis, ensuring consistency, rigor, and relevance of insights.
  • Compose and deliver clear, confident, and influential communications to senior executive-level audiences, including the C-suite.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted-advisor relationships with executive leadership; accountable for the overall member relationship within assigned engagements.
  • Support identification and advancement of client opportunities across all Vizient business units, partnering with internal stakeholders to align solutions to client needs.
  • Guide clients to identify opportunities that may not be immediately obvious, addressing complex business challenges through industry knowledge and system-wide perspective.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to architect integrated, cross-functional solutions that align with client priorities.
  • Oversee development of professional deliverables, including assessment outputs, recommendations, and implementation of roadmaps.
  • Train and educate internal and external customers on Vizient’s Comprehensive Assessment methodology, tools, and value proposition.
  • Contribute to practice and function development, including the design, launch, and continuous improvement of services and offerings that support National Centers.
