About The Position
The AVP, Strategic Initiatives is a key role within Synchrony's Collections & Recovery Strategy team, reporting to the VP, Strategic Initiatives and Planning Leader. This position is responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of strategic projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet defined scopes. The role involves significant collaboration across various teams and requires strong project management skills to drive initiatives that enhance the Collections and Recovery strategy.
