About The Position
We are seeking motivated, self-reliant lawyers with unique litigation experience to join our Litigation team. This role involves managing a fast-paced, diverse, and complex national commercial litigation docket, working closely with in-house colleagues, outside counsel, and business clients. Well-qualified candidates will have recent trial experience at federal government agencies such as DOJ, SEC, or US Attorney's office, or supervisory experience in large corporate litigation departments. Candidates must be effective communicators, creative, strategic, and work well in a team environment. Excellent academic credentials and a minimum of 7 years of experience are required. Class-action and multi-district litigation experience are a plus. Interested candidates should provide a resume, writing sample, references, and GPA / class rank. Office position. Dallas preferred.
