Job Overview: The AVP, Salesforce Analytics will serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert for the Client Success organization, leading CRM strategy, data governance, and system optimization. This role is responsible for driving adoption and enhancements of Salesforce, managing critical initiatives, and acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. The AVP will combine product management, analytics, and operational rigor to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency and enable growth.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in Salesforce analytics, product management, or CRM strategy
  • Proven expertise as a Salesforce SME
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive outcomes in an agile environment
  • Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in financial services or fintech
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
  • Advanced presentation and roadmap development skills
  • Salesforce certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the Salesforce roadmap for Client Success, including optimization and new feature implementation.
  • Conduct monthly CRM audits to maintain data integrity and trust in the platform.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Client Success stakeholders and Product/Technology teams, translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain campaign reporting and playbooks to support strategic initiatives.
  • Prioritize and manage backlog items, balancing current needs with future opportunities.
  • Support change management and training efforts to drive adoption of Salesforce tools.
  • Monitor downstream impacts of new configurations and ensure scalability across teams.
