The IT Program Manager is responsible for providing overall program management from end to end. This includes shaping and executing the program approach necessary to achieve the desired outcomes through to the expected delivery on OMBP programs. The focus will be on OMBP lines of business, utilizing a single SDLC methodology. The Program Manager's work primarily involves managing risk, budget, and dependencies, driving staffing demand, handling escalations, planning interventions to remove impediments, and measuring appropriate metrics for the overall success of multiple projects and programs. The Program Manager will work closely with their manager for guidance and supervision, and will manage multiple Project Managers who are responsible for the day-to-day delivery of project objectives.
