Assists with the development and retention of private banking business. Assists the Private Bankers and MyBankers with high income/high net worth prospects and customers such as executives, business owners, entrepreneurs, physicians, attorneys, accountants, and others in a designated region, offering a complete array of company products and services in coordination with various other departments. Provides ongoing high level of personalized, convenient, confidential service for customers, serving as customers primary bank contact. Provides checking and savings accounts, commercial and consumer loans, mortgages, merchant services, cash management and other products and services. Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of company products and services. Assists the Private Bankers and MyBankers to establish market presence and large network of outside referral sources for new business. Ensures that own work, as well as work of any employees supervised, is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies located on company intranet; policies include but not limited to Fair Lending, Know Your Customer, Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money laundering policies.
