About The Position
As the AVP, Partner Success you will play a key role in building the future of our ISV Partner Program. You will be responsible for the development and execution of new processes to enable the scalability of our ISV (Independent Software Vendor) Partnerships. Partnering closely across our ISV and cross-functional teams to drive exceptional outcomes for SYF and our partners. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient/provider experience, and recognizes how our SaaS Partners add value across the patient/provider journey. To thrive in this role, you will need to be highly collaborative, have superlative organization & communication skills, and enjoy finding creative solutions to complex challenges. Our team is laser-focused on creating industry-leading integrated experiences, that transform how our providers interact with H&W Products - and looking for someone who wants to join us on that journey.
