Find out more by visiting www.vensure.com. We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Associate Vice President (AVP) of Marketing with a strong focus on communication and project management. This role involves overseeing a wide range of internal and enterprise projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management systems such as Asana, Basecamp, Trello, Wrike, or similar platforms and demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing projects, with a focus on marketing.
  • Proven experience with project management tools such as Asana, Basecamp, Trello, Wrike, or similar systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in M&A integration activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage various marketing projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress, assign tasks, and monitor timelines.
  • Oversee integration activities and collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams to ensure smooth transitions and successful post-integration operations.
  • Foster transparent communication and a culture of accountability across teams. Promote regular updates and collaboration to ensure alignment on project goals and milestones.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both within and outside the department, to facilitate goal achievement.
  • Continuously refine and develop processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship. Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment, encouraging professional growth and development.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to determine solutions and navigate challenges and obstacles. Develop and implement strategies to address issues proactively and efficiently.
