Join a highly respected, mission-driven organization as part of the leadership team! The Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo is hiring an Associate Vice President (AVP) of Marketing & Communications to lead brand strategy, messaging, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead marketing and communications strategy aligned with mission and equity goals
• Advise executive leadership on brand positioning and reputation management
• Oversee all internal and external communications, media, digital presence, and public relations
• Ensure consistent, inclusive, and culturally responsive messaging across all channels
• Lead content development for reports, newsletters, press releases, website, campaigns, and client materials
• Build media and community partnerships to elevate visibility and impact
• Supervise and mentor communications staff and manage department budget
