The AVP, Network Solutions will lead the sales strategy, growth, and execution for HealthStream’s Career Networks—driving revenue across recruitment solutions, digital sponsorships, and SaaS applications for staff engagement, clinical student placements, and student workforce readiness. This role oversees multiple sales teams supporting our leading business to professional (B2P) brands—NurseGrid, myCNAjobs, myClinicalExchange, and CoachUp Care—a connected network of digital destinations reaching millions of engaged nurses, direct caregivers, allied health professionals, and clinical students. As one of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving areas of HealthStream’s portfolio, this business requires a leader with the energy, creativity, and vision to scale into new markets and unlock new commercial opportunities. This role will be expected to build and lead high performing teams that deliver results, foster accountability, and create the conditions for sustained success. Customers span healthcare providers (acute and non acute), payers, higher education institutions, healthcare suppliers and brands, and med device/pharma organizations. The AVP will own all managerial and operational responsibilities necessary to maximize sales performance, including setting annual goals, defining strategic sales plans, expanding revenue in existing and new accounts, ensuring forecasting accuracy, analyzing sales data, and strengthening relationships with key clients.
