About The Position

Joining as a Full Stack Technology Lead, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the sustainable, scalable products and capabilities that support our advisors onboarding platform. We are looking for an inspired Technology Lead to drive the development and deployment of cutting-edge cloud-native web applications leveraging technologies including .Net core, C#, Angular, Micros Services, Kafka and Artificial Intelligence. The candidate will be working in a high-velocity program both independently and/or with one or more Scrum teams. This role reports directly to Director/VPII.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of Full Stack Development experience utilizing .NET / .NET, Angular/ React Core technologies.
  • 3+ years of Tech Lead experience demonstrating the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage team responsibilities in order to meet deadlines and deliver quality technology solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience designing applications, developing web services (REST/Graphql), and integrating with vendor/partner APIs.
  • 3+ years of development and design experience using AWS and Artificial Intelligence.

Nice To Haves

  • Broad background in cloud native technologies, specifically: .NET, Angular and JavaScript, AI patterns, micro services and applications, PostgreSQL, Cloud Containers and Serverless Components, CSS.
  • Experience building Responsive and Reactive user interfaces.
  • Experience with SAFE or Agile, using JIRA.
  • Experience creating, presenting, and articulating designs to Architects and team members.
  • Experience instrumenting real-time solution monitoring and reporting.
  • Experience designing and implementing Full stack solutions using industry best practices from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Design technical solutions by working closely with architects, developers and other technology leads.
  • Work closely with Product Management and Business Analysts on requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with QA, and DevOps teams to adopt CI/CD toolchain and develop automation.
  • Communicate complex ideas, anticipate potential objections and persuade others, often at senior levels, to adopt a point of view for which there may not be universal agreement.
  • Perform root cause analyses of problems with some complexity. Recommend interim and long-term solutions.
