About The Position

Role Summary/Purpose: The Marketing Platform Enablement Manager (TEM) is responsible for executing and maintaining seamless integrations between Adobe Workfront and key enterprise systems (Zeta, Coupa, Salesforce/JIRA) and other marketing tools. This role focuses on ensuring smooth data flow, process automation and alignment across various marketing technology ecosystems to support marketing campaign execution, workflows and performance insights. The ideal candidate possesses hands-on expertise in Adobe Fusion for orchestrating workflows and managing complex integration, with a strong technical understanding. This role reporting to the VP, Marketing Platform Enablement leader and will work closely under the direction of the integration leader. Beyond traditional integration, this role plays a critical hands-on role in enabling AI-assisted Marketing operations. The candidate will work embedding Generative AI tools (COTS or custom LLM-based models) into Adobe Workfront ecosystem to drive efficiency and intelligence at every stage of the marketing process. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or in lieu of degree, high school diploma/GED and 6+ years of work experience with an emphasis on technology and application management.
  • 3+ years’ experience with Work Management applications, automation solutioning, system integrations and business process knowledge, including Workfront & Fusion
  • Experience integrating Generative AI platforms into marketing content or workflow automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and platforms in a marketing or automation context.
  • Proven ability to build automations that utilize AI for campaign brief creation, metadata generation, maintain compliance and content summarization.
  • Strong understanding of quality control processes and governance standards related to AI-driven content automation
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post.
  • All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).

Responsibilities

  • Deployment and enhancement of existing integrations across Adobe Workfront, Zeta, Salesforce/JIRA, Digital Asset Management (DAM), Coupa and other marketing platforms
  • As a Product Owner, you will lead the integration of generative AI platforms into our marketing content and workflow automation processes.
  • Co-create with Product Manager product roadmap for AI-powered automations that streamline campaign brief creation, automate metadata generation, produce content summaries, and enforce quality control through governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to prioritize features that leverage AI that enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability across marketing operations.
  • Build and maintain Adobe Fusion workflows for robust logic, monitoring and governance alignments
  • Collaborate with MarTech and business leads to translate the marketing process needs into integration solution.
  • Maintain system documentation, data mappings, and integration playbooks to ensure operational continuity
  • Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for continuous improvements.
  • Manage the beta testing schedule for Adobe Workfront’s quarterly product releases within Adobe Fusion
  • Ensure platform decisions are guided by significance to the enterprise, impacts to the business, risk management and the organization
  • Facilitate the development of policies that govern appropriate data stewardship and compliance across the platform
  • Monitor regulatory guidelines, compliance-related guidance and emerging industry trends to determine their impacts on future-state
  • Communicate closely with product managers, functional users and delivery organization to ensure consistency across projects and products in the platform
  • Create business cases for introducing new technologies and upgrading existing platform
  • Work closely with our Data Insights team to ensure coordination with leadership reporting and dashboard development, as well as providing relevant input into key metrics design.
  • Develop deep understanding of existing Marketing Technology stack, technical infrastructure and contribute to ongoing MarTech Agile program to aid in delivering optimization goals
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
