About The Position
The Assistant Vice President, Internal Communications, is responsible for managing internal communications across corporate functions (Corporate Communications, areas of Human Resources, Finance, including Real Estate and Facilities, IT, Cyber Security, Risk and Legal) and C&F Business Divisions as requested. The role is instrumental in heightening employee awareness, understanding and engagement around corporate and division initiatives and activities and in positioning C&F as an as Employer of Choice - both internally and externally - where employees can learn, grow and maximize their potential.
