Requirements
- Prior business analyst experience in Premium Finance, Financial Services, Insurance, or Banking is preferred.
- Advanced Computer Skills
- Working knowledge of SQL reporting
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic Partner between business units, primarily but not limited to Inside Sales, IT and Senior Management in translating business needs into scalable system solutions that improve processes and system effectiveness.
- Manage scope, risks and outcomes of initiatives to ensure projects are executed effectively and aligned with business priorities, values and long-term strategy.
- Design and deliver executive level reporting, analytics and insight to support strategic decisions for a sustainable system and operation.
- Lead and develop business analyst.
- Manage team priorities and ensure efforts are aligned with business goals.
- Lead discovery, requirement gathering and implementation of technical and operational initiatives.
