Overall Purpose: Strategically lead and optimize the performance of the Integrated Solutions team, driving revenue growth through effective in-home customer engagement and innovative sales tactics. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: Sales Strategy and Planning: Directs the development and implementation of sales strategies, short and long-term plans, and market plan objectives to ensure business goals are achieved. Customer Satisfaction and Business Objectives: Establishes business objectives for each IHE territory and ensures the successful achievement of sales and customer satisfaction goals within the assigned geographical area. Compliance and Audit Management: Oversees force management, audit, and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitors sales metrics and analyzes performance data for informed decision-making and strategic adjustments. Job Contribution: Develops the organization's philosophy, departmental strategies and defines long-term goals and alignment with overall business objectives. Typically leads large sales teams and account modules and/or territories. Directly supervising supervisors as well as senior staff within the organization. Manages large regional markets, creates territory plans, and achieves sales objectives with substantial autonomy. May lead or manage multiple functional areas. Recognized as an influential leader, oversees teams to innovate and resolve company-wide issues. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, and promotional activity for subordinates.
