Payroll Management Lead payroll strategy, operations, and compliance across multiple locations and states. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including taxes, deductions, and reporting, aligned with organizational priorities and legal requirements.   • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR Operations experience, including total rewards, systems, and data.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in benefits, compensation, payroll, HR systems and operations, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to use a consultative approach and persuasive communication with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ability to demonstrate alignment to company values, along with the capability to hire, lead, develop, and motivate a team.
  • Excellent judgment skills and ability to balance the needs of the company, managers, and employees.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives based on the evolving needs of the company, making consistently strategic recommendations to company leadership.

  • Demonstrated prior experience building strong, trusted relationships with multiple leaders and employees within an organization strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience leading and developing a team.
  • Demonstrated prior experience being flexible and agile, adapting to the changing needs of a dynamic environment strongly preferred.
  • Proven prior experience coaching, influencing, and partnering with various levels of leaders and employees strongly preferred.
