About The Position
The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Human Resources Business Partner at HomeGoods will provide strategic leadership and advisory services to the Executive Field Leadership within the Stores organization. This role focuses on implementing talent solutions, fostering a culture of inclusion, and ensuring the organization is designed for strategic talent growth. The AVP HRBP will collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to guide staffing, development, and retention efforts, while also modeling leadership capabilities and driving initiatives for talent attraction and development.
