We are seeking an AVP, HR Business Partner (HRBP) to drive dynamic change and support continued business growth at LPL for our contact center/service center team. This HRBP will align with assigned senior and frontline business leaders to facilitate business and HR strategy execution, as well as provide consultation and coaching to leaders on performance management, talent management, organizational development, engagement strategies and compensation issues, in partnership with other teams within the Human Resources organization.
