This AVP, Health & Wellness - CareCredit Analytics role plays a critical role in supporting new strategic initiatives for Health & Wellness platform. This role will be working closely with Finance and Business Development team to develop business cases for new business opportunities. Additionally, this role will be responsible for monitoring business performances and provide insights to the business to help reach the platform goals. Essential Responsibilities: Provide analytical support to help launch or improve Health & Wellness Consumer strategic initiatives Partner with Health & Wellness Finance and Business Development and provide analytical support to identify growth opportunity and build business case to grow Health & Wellness platform Partner with Cross-Platform COE team to identify opportunity for ACE initiative and work with H&W Marketing team to develop test plan Present complex analytical information to all level of audiences in a clear and concise manner Perform other special assignments as business requires Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree, OR in lieu of degree, high school diploma and 9+ years analytics experience in finance, portfolio management, sales, product development in credit card/consumer businesses, or credit card risk strategy or retail analytics 5+ years of progressive work experience including: 2+ years of using analytics to understand P&L drivers in finance, marketing programs, sales, portfolio management, or product development programs 5+ years of experience utilizing SAS, SQL, or other analytic tools to perform data mining and complex analyses 5+ years of experience utilizing Excel and Tableau or other visualization tool Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required Desired Characteristics: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance, or MBA preferred Experience using SQL, Python, or R Ability to solve business questions through quantitative approaches and translate to business insights Strong understanding of credit card industry and financial P&L drivers. Experience in credit card / consumer finance businesses, or credit card risk strategy preferred Demonstrate ability to manage complexity and multiple assignments with less supervision Excellent communication skill both verbal and written Grade/Level: 11 The salary range for this position is 115,000.00 - 200,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge. Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
